Shirley Lee is our Registered Massage Therapist
Shirley graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 1998 and also has a Biological Science degree at Guelph University. In addition to specializing in Swedish massage, she has pursued advanced courses in myofascial techniques, rhythmic mobilizations and the treatment of sports injuries. Her participation in Feldenkrais and Ashtanga Yoga has focused her massage techniques on postural and biomechanical concerns to help her clients achieve optimal health.Her love for nature has her hiking, botanizing and birding outside of work to help bring balance to her life. If that is not possible then chocolate and a good book will do!
Michael Darcy is our Registered Massage Therapist
After working as a professional photographer, Michael graduated from the Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2000. As an RMT, Michael constantly strives to increase his knowledge and skills in order to provide superior client care. As well as providing Swedish massage, Michael has studied Somato-therapy (an interactive holistic body/mind manual therapy that includes integrated active and passive modalities) with renown osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer. Michael encourages his clients to be actively involved in their own wellness journey.
Michael is an avid cyclist, swimmer and reader.
